NOW IF YOU WHERE IN MY SHOES WHAT WOULD YOU DO RIGHT NOW...
Have you ever read any David Deangelo? He gets questions about instances very similar to this one... ALL THE TIME. You're not the only one who's been through this type of situation. Pretty much every guy in the world has, at one time, been with a girl who they can't stop thinking about... even after their heart is broken. It's quite sad actually, I think on here it's called one-itis.
I read somewhere else on these forums about how to get over this stuff, and I saw a few interesting things. One thing I read was that you should think about maybe 4 or 5 of her flaws (small breasts, ugly shoes, etc.). Then, think about a great memory you had... and associate the flaws with that. When you start thinking about her flaws, the memory doesn't seem so special anymore... and you've taken a step towards getting over her.
Another thing is the burnout theory. If I remember correctly, it had to do with thinking of a very intimate time (making out, having sex, whatever) that you had with this person, and then replacing them with another girl (from a modeling magazine, random page in the newspaper, etc.) and then imagining her burst into flame. Then, gradually think of items of the setting disappearing until your mind is totally blank. This also makes the memory less special.
Although it sounds like you never met this girl in person? Which, I guess, makes the process even easier. Just associate her name with a really undesirable person. Eventually you'll want to stop thinking of her

.
But the most important thing is to just get over her and move on to the next girl. Use your gaming to flood new girls into your life, and soon you'll wonder what you saw in this girl.
