Hey guys,

I'm 30, based in Dundee, and very new to this.

I've just discovered this community recently after reading 'the game'. I never knew something like this existed to help guys like me (shy, anxious when approaching women, have no idea what to say to girls, etc, etc). Its been a revelation just reading about it all.

I'm determined to improve myself and become more confident in all areas of my life, and its already started to happen.

However, I've been reading lots but not put anything into practice yet. I've chatted to a couple of girls in bars (after having too much to drink!) not attempting to close, but just to gain in confidence.

I've got a lot to learn and to start with I think I'd like to go for a more natural approach method rather than something complex. If you guys have any good links or tips I'd really appreciate it.
