Before I start typing away I would just like to say I made this thread for the purpose of letting go of everything on my mind in an honest and hopefully motivating way.

The story:

I am, 18 male and very anxious to start a new lifestyle as a PUA. Let me start with a background on myself. I recently graduated high school and I have mostly been an afc all my life (admitting it feels good ha ha). It hasn't been my fault though as mystery stated "I teach things to people who's fathers never taught them" (probably not word for word but along those lines). The first time i discovered this was from a simple Google search "how to get girls" after that my friend showed me "The Game" by Neil strauss followed by my brother showing me the Venusian handbook". I think it is one of the first books I've read in one or two sittings.

I do at times suffer from shyness, or lack of confidence. Growing up I was made fun of a lot for being overweight and also growing up in a family with 3 brothers and 1 sister. My older brother was always extremely shy and I think that had a huge affect on me because he was my number one role model for most of my life. He didn't really have anything to be shy about, maybe its genetic who knows? One thing I can say though is my family is hilarious, it is the one thing that I have learned and become accustomed to is laughter and I love jokes and laughing it makes every situation so comfortable and enjoyable. anonymous

I always thought the nice, well behaved but humorous guy would get the ladies and girls don't really care about looks. As I have learned, I was quite far off. through out high school there has been a couple dozen girls I have kissed / hooked up with but only one have I had sex with. I am kind of surprised by even that number because of the horrid mistakes I see myself making in so many areas. I had a high social status and consider myself good looking so I think those were the two main reasons I got to hook up with girls.

SKIP TO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO READ A LIFE STORY

So now that I have acknowledged all my mistakes and obstacles life has thrown at me I'm going to use every experience from my past to shape a better future. For about the past year I've consistently exercised through weight lifting or running to improve my physique. I researched the art of PUA and I am getting into a mindset that will not give a flying fuck what anyone has to say about myself. Tomorrow will be my first attempt at actually going out for the sole purpose of Sarging. I will attempt the following venues and record with detail what happens. If all goes well and I don't have a heart attack in the process from sheer fear of what she thinks I'm going to try the following venues at day time:
1. The mall (food courts, various stores)
2. Grocery store
3. Starbucks coffee

If you have read everything till hear I thank you for taking the time to read this as it has been emotional for myself Im no longer going to be a pussy and I will update soon to tell everyone how my day goes.

I look forward to reading your field report. What some people don't fully understand is this is truely a life changing event. Working toward becoming a mPUA is the most awesome life experience I've ever had, including marriage. I have changed in ways I could only imagine in the past. You are on the right track. Some last minute tips before you go out sarging.

1. Relax before you go out, and try not to read too much more. Use the knowledge you have. Cramming your mind with PUA knowledge before you leave only confuses your mind.

2. Play some music as you get ready, whatever you like, make sure it's up beat.

3. Smile the entire time you get ready, it's hard to be negative when you are smiling.

4. Have a good time, and don't worry about failing. Thomas Edison failed over 200 times making the light bulb. When he was asked about it he simply said, "I didn't fail, I just found 200+ ways not to make a light bulb."
