Looks like I picked the right day to join up again! I'm from the Liverpool area too. Perhaps we can compare notes of our ventures?

We sure can, and places to recommend too. The Baa Bar just off concert square, with the inside smoking area, seems decent.

Yessss! I love that place. Better than the Krazy House by any stretch.

The smoking area is great at Baa Bars because of the fact that it's where they take all the drunk assholes out through the fire escapes. Makes for great icebreakers. Plus in the summer when it's warm, it's so nice up there. Last time I went it was like, February though which sucked.
