Hey, im Ollie, 25 and just recently got dumped by my first gf!!! im a good looking guy and in great physical shape but never had a proper gf due to my social anxieties! but 6 months ago a girl showed alot of interest in me and asked for my number. we were texting for about 3 weeks she was desperate to meet up with me and eventually we went on a date. it was amazing we got on really well even shared a kiss at the end. we carried on dating and i slept with her after the 5th date. she said no one had ever sent her flowers. so i decided to send some to her work, i bought her presents and took on a nice romantic weekend away, i couldnt treat her any better. she was all over me telling me she really missed me and really likes me, saying your so good looking etc.

but after about 3 months she changed and seemed less interested. she stoped beong flirty with her texts and i would ask to meet up with her and she would say im busy but il let you know. and she kept patronising me and having little digs at me. i asked her if she didnt want to see me anymore and she said if i wasnt interested i would tell you. so i was getting mixed signals from her.

about 5 months into the relationship were sposed to meet up with some friends i text her saying what time shall i pick you up and she replied " not even thinking about that SPAM, im shattered " then she said well pick me up at 7 but im only going cus i promised my friend we would see them tonight. i should of took the hint and ended it but i went with her, she insulted me all night having little digs at me and when we went back to hers after there was no sex just a cuddle and the next day she couldnt wait to get rid of me even though at the door she kissed me and said i will miss you?? the sick thing is i accepted all that shit and still wanted to see her.

but eventually i had enough told her i wasnt happy and she just said we should end it cus i was too immature, too nice, personalities clash etc but she also said "i still think your hot though"? maybe she want to be friends with benefits?

now the red flags were there, she used to do drugs, history of bad ex bfs and not a good relationship with her dad, so i guess that type of girl need to be treated differently? cant let this happen again i need to man up!!

Well 3-4 months in generally how long it takes for the infatuation period to end. But if a girl doesn't reply to you, don't keep trying to get their attention, punish them or leave them. Realize that there are many other girls you'll meet that will make you happier than she did.
