hey this is shady from Bangor, Gwynedd, Wales.
Right now this is 11.00 PM here, i have come back from a christmas ball having horribly failed. i have had a few drinks to get some dutch courage, but i still only managed to speak to some guys. never spoke to any girls tonight. actually clashed with an AMOG, almost had a fight with him. My confidence/morale is horrible low but i am still trying to apply little tips i learn from here and there (from the pua circle)
My friend circle view me as low value and i am trying to prove them wrong time and time again.
I am trying to sign up to a bootcamp as i need to recover myself because i know i have it in me to change myself, just need some guidance.
Please guide me in the right direction, i dont need a dvd series, or a web preacher, who promises instant results, but a long term solution to get rid of my social anxiety and my over-analyzing. yours sincerely,
