Hey guys, I'm an 18 year old who is just getting out of his shell. I came to pua as a resort to learn confidence and speaking abilities and now I'm working on my abilities to talk to women with ease. Hopefully a goal I can get close to relatively quickly.

If you want to learn quickly you simply need to put yourself out there in the field. Practice, ask a lot of questions, and be determined to become good.
