New to MPUA Forum

Hello everyone!

I'm 20 years old and located in Atlanta, Georgia (United States). I have been reading a lot of stuff about pick up on these forums and other websites. I have also watched a few videos. I haven't really put any of it into practice yet, AA gets me every time, but I have tried talking to a couple random girls but that's about it.

Hopefully I'll get better. I know I can't expect it to get any better without practicing, but I'm trying!

The best way to deal with AA is to practice talking to women in general. Fat, ugly, skinny, beautiful, every single woman that comes your way. Soon, you'll find that it's not that difficult to talk to others, and your AA will decrease.

Also, learn inner game. It's a good way of improving your self-esteem and reduce AA.
