Hey guys I started reading The Game about a week ago and Im just devouring the material and watching youtube vids and trying to learn as much as possible.
Also, Im a prolific member of a bodybuilding forum and have a background in competitive bodybuilding and ill be hitting up the health and fitness subforum often and if anybody wants any tips and advice feel free to PM me!

Im looking forward to learning more and putting it into practice, and im glad to have found this forum.
