I'm in the middle of reading "The Game" by Styles, and came looking. I am 24 and have a score of about 11. I look back know and realize I didnt have the first clue of what I was doing, or how I got there. I froze out and became celibate about 3 years ago. I came to a point where I felt hollow by just having random fun. Whatever skill I possessed when I was younger has now slipped away. Any help offered would be greatly appreciated.

what's up man, Dont sweat it bro. I was with my ex for 2 and a half years and we've broken up in march of this year. I just started getting over her about 2 months ago and now i feel the confidence and security back. I just recently got out there and starting meeting women again. We all can lose our game at some time but it will always come back. My best advice is to do some research, and most importantly get out there!! and just put some slight effort in a relaxed and calm state.
