What I want to change about myself?
to be more confident around strangers
improve my body language, like eye contact, sitting in a more superior posture, standing up straight to show masculinity, be the man people listen to and rely upon for help.
Able to chat up anybody I see without feeling a bit sense of nervousness no matter their size or outer beauty.
Able to form relationships with people especially women.

Why do I want to accomplish these goals?
Because I dont want to feel like I have nothing to show for in this world. I want to be something of importance in this world. Everyone is here on to live a life that thehy truly desire to seek out the truth about themselves and ultimately change the world by unleasing their true potential as human being. So I want to change me before I can help to create a world where people can live in a place with love and openness where we can try to accept people as who they are and try to help them when they have realize they needed to better themselves.

How can I improve my flaws and what are some seps from the beginning to end to make my accomplishments come to life? Where do I start to be more comforatble around strangers? How can I improve my postures to show that im more manly and more attractive? And what should I do to be able to improve with the ladies? Please give me some examples to develop these skills and to ultimately improve myself for the better and as I gradually get better I can be able to teach others as well.
