I've never met a Lithuanian girl, but if most are looking like you, then I'll just agree with the Lithuanian guys. And I have to disagree there, most pressure comes from social media. For girls that they have to look like models, and for guys that they have to be rich or else they're a failure. I know for a fact a good couple of guys who have so weak personalities that they would not date fatties even if they liked them because they think it's degrading to them, and other guys will think they are losers. Of course, most guys above the age of 17 don't give a flying fuck about how other people's gf look like, but the media suggests otherwise and guillable people believe all kinds of BS.

Yap, media - it's really powerful. It doesn't affect only weak people. It affects everyone more or less. Advertisers use not less powerful methods to make us believe something than a PUA, who try to pick up a girl.

I feel sorry for the guys at first, because it shows how insecure they are themselves.

P.S. I started a conversation with a guy first!!! :) I was running and there was this funny dog walking with his owner. I looked to guys eyes at first. He looked back. I started to laugh as it happens to me quite often now, but I hope to pass this phase someday. So, he passed by me (I did some exercises). Then I just remembered my own dogs and missed them. At the same, I wanted to touch that funny dog. So I called him - and he just ran straight to me looking happy :) I asked a guy if he wouldn't bite me. He said the dog was friendly. And it was so cool! I talked to a guy first and I touched his dog! :) I wouldn't have dared it some time ago. But now it feels so good :)

If you're sporty, show off your figure. A flat stomach is something you should definitely show off.

Wear makeup. Have you noticed how guys say "oh I don't like women who are covered in makeup, I prefer a natural look" then the minute a hot woman with a ton makeup shows up they're all like "hubba hubba!" and all over her? Not wearing makeup is like getting a short pixie haircut; some women can pull it off, but they would look even better with long hair and makeup. You describe yourself as average. I have slept with a lot of hot women and I can assure you that the vast majority of them look average in the morning with no makeup. Google your favourite female celebrity "no makeup" and you'll see what I mean.

Engage in masculine activities where there will be many guys but very few girls. eg. Boxing/UFC pay-per-views, football etc. This will make you more desirable because of the perceived scarcity of women in that situation. Being scarce makes you more attractive.

I know. Make up and clothes can make anyone look good. That's my two photos. I wear like this every day: http://imgur.com/gAM4iel

And that's another photo, where it took me about 15min to change from the first one: http://imgur.com/EQpqb7B

Usually, I don't use any make up for everyday. (Except now, that I have these new goals in my life).

Just maybe one point - if someone wants a gf and they see a girl, who doesn't look hot or she is even fat, remember ANYONE CAN CHANGE. You can loose like 20 kg in 3 months. Looks are the easiest part. Personality is a bit more difficult, but everything is possible with time. I believe it. Oh, and probably not the less important is to consider which goals are worth the effort and would make you happy long term.

I'd love to go to basketball or football matches. I just don't have friends to go with me. It's a bit boring to go alone. But also good point if I wish to practice pick up a bit more (I could go alone in worst case scenario). And I won't practice boxing or football professionally (it's too tough for me...)

You don't need to play the sports, I meant attend professional games as a spectator. I'm sure you can find one girl to go to see a football or basketball game.

Have a few drinks as a social lubricant if you feel nervous but DO NOT get drunk.

Good luck.

Personally, I can only speak from daygame experience. Aside from gaining self confidence, fixing body posture/body language, and being able to "doll yourself up", you need to develop your own inner game. This entails developing your own (society appropriate) fashion sense, conversation skills, and loveable personality.

I don't think you need to go shopping for four hours and blow all your cash. It may be different for girls, but I personally only have three categories of clothing: active (jerseys, practice shorts) casual (tank tops, shorts, or quick-dries), and dressy (polos, button ups, slacks/pants).

And one of the most important things to invest in: hair.
Longer styles are generally good, as they appeal to a larger crowd of guys. Try to stay away from braids or buns or whatever else when you go out.

Know how to manage your IOIs. I love the chase. I strictly stick to HB 8 and up, but I lose interest really quick if the girl gives too many IOIs. Find the balance.

And read up on facebook game and text game. I saw it on another forum site I think. Text game is essential for any hard-to-get girl, and facebook/instagram/ whatever else is a good way to demonstrate value.
