Hey everyone,

Method_ical here. Brand new to the community. UK-based.

Trying to get into PUAing in order to overcome shyness, approach anxiety etc. Relatively experienced with women for my age, but feel I could do a lot better.

Familiar with The Game and The Rules of but finding the latter hard to get traction with.

Would be great to hear from you all with suggestions of where to start, texts to read and so on.

Welcome to the forum.

Take daily action when it comes to girls.
Find guys that are naturally good with girls
to hang out with. Also find some hobbies.
