I thought a 30 day challenge is the best start so let's do it ^_^

I found this 30 day challenge. What do you guys think?

Simple 30 Challenges from Simple Picup

Day 1
Challenge: Call at least 3 random businesses and tell them a joke, then try to start a small conversation
with them.
Super Challenge: Get them to tell you a joke back.

Day 2
Challenge: Ask 3 total strangers to give you a compliment.
Super Challenge: Ask for a compliment from only girls. Then tease her after she gives you a compliment.

Day 3
Challenge: Go up to 3 different people and get them to take a photo with you.
Super Challenge: Add them on Facebook immediately, and tag them in the photo.

Day 4
Challenge: Approach 3 people and tell them something embarrassing
Super Challenge: Use an embarrassing fact about yourself as an opener to a girl and get her to tell you
something embarrassing as well.

Day 5
Challenge: Approach 3 random strangers and open up to them. Ask them for advice and make sure to
listen to what they say.
Super Challenge: Ask for advice from a girl afterwards give them an extra long hug.

Day 6
Challenge: Persuade an employee to let you buy something for less than it costs. Try for at least 60
seconds.
Super Challenge: Try to get an item for free (success isn’t important, try to have fun with it).

Day 7:
Approach 15 people and give them a high 5.

Day 8:
Persuade someone to not buy what's in their hand or eat somewhere else. Try for at least 60 seconds.
Super challenge: persuade someone to buy an item they don't already know about

Day 9
Find a busy area, and do 10 pushups(or as many as you can)

Day 10:
Compliment 10 girls in any way you want.
Super: Compliment 10 girls using a cheesy pickup line. 
(my add-on . "you look like garbage , let me take you out" lol if you want them to hate you.)

Day 11:
Approach 5 girls and open them using your favourite rap lyrics.

Day 12:
Don't go for more than 30 seconds without talking to a girl. Approach 10 girls in a row.If you take more than 30 seconds, reset the counter and start from 1.

Super Challenge: Ask for the number of every girl you talk to. 


Day 13:
Approach 10 women and do not break eye contact at all.If you are having trouble keeping girls there for too long, try it on workers.

Day 14:
Approach 5 girls, open with a compliment, then hop to a new topic, without using a transition. 

Day 15:
Approach 5 people, Don't ask any questions, turn all questions into statements.

Day 16:
Challenge: Approach 5 Random women and tease them or over exaggerate with them.

Day 17:
Approach 3 women and use the US mentality twice within a conversation.

Day 18:
Open 5 girls by asking for their numbers.


Day 19:
purposely up talk with 2 women. then purposely down-talk with 3 women.

Day 20:
Approach 5 women while replicating the body language of a person of your choosing.

Day 21: 
Approach 5 women and have a conversation with them.Ask for their opinion on something and casually disagree with them.

Day 22:
Approach 10 women while wearing something ugly. Open with a compliment, then transition.
Super Challenge: Approach 10 women while having food on your face.

Day 23:
Do a high risk approach. Find a girl sitting down. Approach her and say "sorry I'm late". Then continue talking to her from there.
>>pretty fun one.

Day 24:
Approach 5 girls and open them with a cheesy pickup line. Make it awkward.

Day 25:
Approach 5 women and open with a handshake. Hold onto her hand for longer than usual. Lastly give her a hug sometime during the interaction.

Day 26:
Approach a girl who in a group of 2 or more people. 

 piece of cake ... 

Day 27:
Get Rejected. Then say "I know I just got rejected, but I have 1 more thing to say" then continue a conversation with her.

Super Challenge: Get rejected, then persist with her and get her number.

Day 28:
Find women in at least 3 of these scenarios and approach them.
1. a couple
2. a girl standing in a crowded place. (or in line)
3. a girl talking on her cellphone
4. a female worker who is currently helping a customer
5. a lady much older than you
6. a girl with her family
7.a girl eating her lunch
8. a girl with headphones on.

Day 29
Go for the instant date with 3 women. You are not allowed to go for her number.
Super challenge: Approach as many women as possible as it takes to get an instant date.

Day 30
Don't stop going out.. keep meeting new people....etc

This is all good for beginning. The goal of course is just to go out and talk to new people every day.

Just keep track of your progress, to see where you went wrong and right

The other guys have already given you great answers. For myself, living in London I set a goal of approaching 50 girls a day on some days and then trying to kiss every girl I dared to speak to in a club. It's a great exercise as it teaches you were the limits are. You'll be surprised sometimes when girls are more interested than you thought. Mathias Poehm was one of my students for a couple years. He lives in Zurich but I'm sure he would be happy to meet and help you. He and I came up with the notch system where after every approach he would put a notch in his notebook. It's really great to monitor your success. It will show you clearly how you have improved.
