Alright, here goes...

So i've not long come out of a 3 year relationship and now I'm interested in the PUA community, what it's all about and how it works. Tbh, I'm probably one of those 'annoying newbies' that knows very little prior to joining and just hoping for the best but if you don't ask, you don't get, right?!

The techniques you PUA may use fascinates me - the techniques, behaviour, words and body language - and i'd love to learn more and hopefully apply some of them to my game.
I've had many decent relationships but never really been one of those that goes out to find girls and try to take them home at night. And even now thats not my main goal, obviously it would be nice, but ultimately just being able to go out and get numbers, get the attention and be remembered - seeing these techniques in action and actually working. That feeling of walking away from a girl or group, knowing you did good, got the number and leaving her wondering and wanting more.

A little about me... well, I wouldn't say i've ever struggled with girls, i've had a number of relationships, each lasting 1-2 years since the age of 15. Im now 22 and in a great position in my life, currently training and working towards my Commercial Pilots License (CPL) and becoming a pilot.
I'm very active and look after my health, I enjoy flying (obviously), driving, playing all different sports, music, fashion and keeping up with technology. I'd like to think I take care of my appearance and dress well. I'm a bit of a perfectionist in everything I do so I'm very picky in what I choose - from food to trainers to clothes to cars.
Im currently living in Hamilton, New Zealand temporarily until October whilst i complete my flying training and then i'll be returning to the UK.

It would be great to here from you with as much or little help and information you may have.
Bare with me whilst I get used to all of this, I look forward to exploring and learning these mysterious ways.

I believe our community is a lot more newbie-friendly than most pickup forums, so no need to be intimidated or anything.

You're starting from a very great position since you've already identified and started pursuing your passions and generally seem to enjoy and get the most out of life. Women will already be attracted to that and brushing up on some pickup basics should take you far.

Hey, Jamster. Welcome! I feel like I'm in a similar place. Have a had girlfriends...but never really learned how to actively pursue and get the girls I really wanted.

Otherwise, I've had a good life...good work, social circles, etc. But this is the one area that has been a constant struggle.

Your goals are spot on! To be able to go out, have a good time meeting hot women, building connections with them where you see that they really like you and would like to hang out with you. You walk away with a bunch of numbers and names of girls who would love to spend some time with you, getting to know you.

You sound like you're smart and got your inner game together which is cool and more than most. Learn a few routines and the steps it takes to go from meeting a girl to having her want you and then you'll have the power and confidence to decide how far you want to take things.
