Been here before, quite a long time ago but I wasn't taking myself seriously. It has already been 2 years since my 4 year long relationship ended and I haven't had any luck since. It feels like the girls were swarming around me when I had a girlfriend, not anymore they're not. Also feels like my confidence keeps decreasing since the moment I broke up. Sometimes I think my roommates/friends care about it more than I do.

Classic Ruddels in a bar/club: I see the hottest babe in the bar, I go after her, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. No plan no sketches. When I get rejected or I take to long to build sexual tension I get a little emotional, and am pretty much too cranky/upset to try other women. When it does work out I kiss her, usually too scared to take her home and leave somewhat confused, ego boosted but would love to have a one night stand once.

Hey, I know how it feels to not get what you want with a girl and end up leaving feeling crap. However, if you want to change that you're going to have to change the way you see yourself. You'll need to change your strategy also. How's your diet? Eating healthy nutritious food? Exercising? Have a good bunch of friends?

You need that stuff to get you being your better self right from the start.

Next, learn some material but don't come to rely on that stuff. You just need to know how to build rapport and attraction and it isn't that difficult when you know what to do.

The funny thing is that I found it easier to take a girl home then kiss her than to kiss her and then take her home. If you kiss her then say come back to my place she knows its to have sex and she might not be up for that. But, if you take her to your place coz you have some excuse or reason why she should come back to yours then kiss her, she doesn't have to think. Rather her emotions and the mood just take over.
