Go to the streets or clubs and approach the 8's, 9's and 10's until you are comfortable with it. So when it comes to the party, you will be competent at such interactions.
Do not rely on your parties. Remember, it will end one day then you will be back to the raw life of attracting girls the normal way excluding frat houses.
In your situation. Having a reputation means a lot. but the problem is with your game is....You have to creep out quite a few girls to obtain the skill (Gotta break eggs to make omelettes) - The issue is, creeping girls at your house will alienate you.
So, use strangers in the street, clubs, online as cannon fodder. If you approached 200 babes with a compliment, you can bet your ass you would feel comfortable talking to them and then lead it to the bedroom at the party, right?
