I was an AFC and trying to become a PUA by reading the special black book by Style, and reading on online forums and practising what I'm reading. What seems like to be bullshit at first actually works ! My self-proclaimed PUA name is 'Game' cos I don't want to play the game, I want to own it, manipulate it , and gain all the advantages I can from it. That being said im still on the road from AFC to PUA so I'm much more humble than I sound.

I'm at a stalemate with a girl. I went through the usual ESP number game and this girl was amazed at how I guessed her number. I used a bit of a trick I'd like to mention. Don't just say ' Think of a number from 1 to 10' because it doesn't always work. To increase your chances of it working drastically rephrase that to ' Think of an odd number from 1 to 10, like 3 and 5, not like 2 and 4 and keep the number to yourself'. At that point the number is gonna be 7 cos people think that if its from 1 to 10 then exclude those two numbers, and since u mentioned another four numbers theyll think its lame to mention those. Anyway back to the stalemate .... I knew this girl from before and tried pickupart on facebook with her as when I had tried to get her in reality I was an AFC and tried very little to be honest. She asked me how I got the number and I told her 'it's magic' (I started my pickup line with Style's famous ' do you believe in magic/spells? line'. Anyhow I told her I deserve to buy you a drink after this and she's like not unless you tell me how you did it. I told her its a secret and i dont spill my guts out on the internet so I'll tell u over a drink sometime when I can (what I call the 'busy bee phrase'). She laughed and told me ' isn't it ?'. I told her I like facebook but I'd rather talk on SPAM. How are we gonna go about that? (indirectly asking for her number). She hasnt replied yet so I'm perplexed. What should I do?

I don't get it... you were talking to her online? And she stopped replying... and that's a stalemate? Just move onto another girl, or send her another note if you want - I don't see the problem. This is a pickup forum... HAVE OPTIONS.

You're pure routines at this point. Let me ask you: What do you plan to do when you actually get this girl out? You can only do "The Cube" once... Will you be yourself or will you be dropping lines and routines the entire time? I suppose you could break out the magic act.... but then what? What happens on date #2?

My point is lots of girls smell this kind of insincerity and are turned off by it. It's gamey and it's bad. You need to be a normal, non gamey person at some point... and it's better to do it sooner rather than later. Just be normal.
Also - PUAs stopped giving themselves cheesy names 15 years ago.... and you'd probably be hard pressed to find a good one who actually calls himself a pickup artist, too
