Hello all.

I completed my doctorate a 1.5 years ago, and have been in the real world. My last girlfriend left me, and it's made me shattered. Depressed for a couple months...I thought throughout school that all I needed to do was work my butt off, earn 6 figures, and the women would flock...but it really doesn't matter. Half of what you earn goes to Uncle Same, another portion to student loans, and your 6 figures is a lot smaller than what you thought...then live in a city where there are people earning 7 figures and you're not the hot shot you thought you would become!

What I want from here is to develop a self confidence that I can talk to any woman I want and not give a damn about the outcome. I want to develop a self confidence that makes me feel fulfilled, independent of whatever accolades I have....to be able to believe in my core self, even if I lived homeless under the bridge.
