I've known about the PUA community for a year or so and have browsed this forum, but haven't really gotten into it due to a number of factors (Ranging from laziness, plain anxiety, to a lack of time (What kind of excuse is that?? I know..)). I've finally decided that I want to leave that behind me, and go on a path that allows me to control my own destiny and attract the girls that I like.

From this point on, I'll try my hardest to learn what it takes to be successful in this field, and hope to learn from you guys (And girls?) how to truly improve myself and attract women.

Oh and also, my username stands for Our Life and Progress (Decided to shorten it, just a bit!), two aspects I'd love to improve and build on as time goes on.

Something that can help with laziness and lack of time would be to write down a list of things you need to do the next day, the night before. This has really helped myself as well ans many others, and I think this would really benefit you as well! As for plain anxiety, oh boy. Head over on to this section of the forum and we should be able to help you out! Make it a goal of yours to overcome anxiety and pursue that shit!
