I struggled with knowing how to start this post, what to say, much like my game. I'm 23 and from the UK living in a small county called Norfolk. I am very new to the PUA scene, having only just finished reading 'the game' I was naturally intrigued and instantly looked for the forum.

I'm not unsuccessful with the ladies but I'm shy, I struggle to make the first interaction, I think this is because I fear rejection. I also suffer with one-itis, need serious help with this!

I realise I have led with the negatives but its not all that way. I have good chat, certainly once I have the confidence (couple of drinks) and also been told I'm a good looking lad, I'd say average buts its a positive. I dress well and have a good group of mates but all of them are unaware of this almost hidden community.

What am I looking to gain? Without a doubt self confidence, I'm not a fan of the word playa at all but I love talking to women, so I'd like to have the confidence and back up game to approach sets.

Any pointers or newby advice fire my way!!
