Hey guys what's going? My name is Louken and I am 19 years old, so I'm currently at the prime time. I currently live in the US, and found the game by luck when I was surfing the web. I have been studying the game for two years now, but in books and videos mostly. I generally use the game to boost my self-confidence because my parents were very over-protective and controlling and would limit everything I do. So, in high school, my confidence was low and I could barely do anything at all or think for myself. I was able to get away from them (luckily) and go to college at a different city. I've settle in, made some friends and know my way around, but now I want to start my adventure as a PUA and start sarging, however, something keeps holding me back. I can barely go out on the field and say something as simple as hi to a girl. Please help me, I don't know what to do.

It's approach anxiety. You are afraid of rejection, of a girl laughing or having a negative reaction to you. Getting over the initial approach anxiety is the most difficult part of all in the entire "careers" of many of the guys who do this stuff.

But what would happen on the other hand if you were to approach, say "hi how are you" and a girl gives you a warm smile back and says "HIiiiiiiiiiiiii", inviting you in to a little convo with her. How would that make you feel? Pretty fucking good right? Ok good, now that you're in that moment, imagine this is what happens when you open. If this doesn't happen with the first girl, move on to the next and the next until you get the good response and then deepen the conversation.

The girls are super bored. You are not doing them any favors by not opening them. Get to it bro you can do this.

Excellent advice oceanx. Just to add on to that I would recommend taking it step by step. start small and get out of your comfort zone bit by bit.
