Hi Everyone im andy,

Im 25 and im a chef by trade and I travel to the alps and europe as a seasonaire to cook for holiday makers and I have started a video blog that has a mens health and self development theme to it and I would like to target lads aged 18-30 who want to become a better version of themselves to watch me and get involved with my journey. I am going to be uploading infield footage on the subjects of pickup and gym training so please suscribe and get involved. I also want those reading this to start similar blogs and lets get a network going.
