So a little background on me...I got ahold of "The Game" a few years back while over in Iraq and thought it was a work of fiction for a very long time. But figured it was worth a look if I ever found the time/had the money. Now a days Time is lacking but the money is not an issue.

I have never been awkward around women but the idea of opening and approach have always been a foreign concept to me, the few relationships I have been in have been circumstantial, the women forced to be around me by jobs or student activities. Not that they were uncomfortable, but did remove the need for opening.

I am 28 and in the China Lake area of CA (I'm a contractor, not military). I work 9 hour days and every other week I have a 3 day weekend. Due to the schedule I run, I can't do any "sarging" if that's what its still called or being a wing man on anything but weekends. I'm about 2 hours from LA and 3 hours from Vegas. I'm looking to find a few people to pick up the trade with (preferably someone who has been at it a while to act as kind of a mentor). I'm willing to read books but I have always been more of a hands on learner.
