Hello, I'm a 23 year-old resident of the DMV (DC, Maryland, & Virginia) area and for many years, I have had serious problems of literally clamming up when it comes to approaching women that I do not know. I've already tried psychologically analyzing myself with no resulting causes coming to mind. In the words of one of my best friends, who is a girl that I have known for about 13 years: "You have always had 'insecurity' stamped across your head and I have never been able to figure out why." For the last 6 years, I have played-off or disregarded this problem because it didn't seem very pertinent. In the past few months though, I have come to realize that my inability to start conversation, much less approach a beautiful women, will hinder any more personal growth for me. I have basically been to college twice, first attending James Madison University for 1.5 semesters and then attending NOVA Community College, from which I have transferred into George Mason University. While I realize that this is a HUGE opportunity for me to meet women and test the waters, I still come to the problem of "How do I approach"/"What do I say"/*guttural noise of exasperation*. I still have 2 years of college left and since I am in a new school, I figured that now is the time to start learning how to become more confident in approaching and engaging women.

For TL/DR, I have trouble approaching women and then become confused or whatever of what to start with and then what to say to get the conversation flowing. I don't have a preference as to Night Game or Day Game, but I think I would need to conquer both since I'm going to class during the day and then going out on weekend nights.
