Hey everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm a newly single guy who's been keeping an eye on the PUA world for a few years now. I've read Style's book, which I thought was great, and now that I'm single again, I'm ready to take this more seriously. I do plan on settling down at some point. But for the next year or so, I just want to have fun (meet lots of women, take home lots of women), and I think the PUA world is the key to that.

I'm slightly above average looking and I'm fairly good in social situations. If you put me in a social setting (like a bar or a party), I'm not afraid to approach or talk to women (honestly, I'll go up to any girl in the bar). The thing is, I'm in my 30s now and I don't really find myself at a lot of bars or parties, which means I have way less opportunities to get women.

Which leads to my biggest weakness - approaching women out in the open. I can do it. I have done it. But man does it take a lot out of me. I want so badly to be the cool suave guy who doesn't look like he gives a shit. Instead, I come off as amped up and super-talky because I have to get so charged up to do it. And that's why I'm here. To get better at that. I mean, those are the only chances I get so I have to get better.

I look forward to sharing some stories and getting better at this thing. There seems to be a lot of cool helpful people on this board so I'm excited to finally participate in the community.
