Ok I'm really new here and I have been reading some of the tips to improve my game. Right now I need to improve my social anxiety. I can be very cocky and funny once out of my shell. Problem is in most situations (bars/clubs, parties) my mind tends to lock up.

I also want to improve my online dating game as well. Big issue for me is writing my profile. I'll post it in the online section later.
