Hi guys I'm Auteur and I'm somewhat new to the game. By somewhat I mean that I've done my research and I got a strong base of knowledge for pickup, I just need to apply it. I've been researching for about 5 months and have never really used pickup when sober. I always use alcohol as a crutch and I need to change that.
I lost my virginity at age 18 to a close friend that I had to convince to help me lose it. She was a HB4 IMHO. Since then I've moved to Chico for school and have gotten laid about 4 more times. 2 HB7s, 1 HB6, and 1 HB2. I've made out with many girls, but only a select few that I would do the same if I was sober at the time. I like instant satisfaction and I would often take the HB5 I wouldn't have to work on instead of the HB8 who I would actually have to put effort into getting. I need to change that mindset and strive for my best. I also constantly get oneitis and my brain always gets worked up about certain girls when I know in reality I shouldn't. I fell for a girl who I was good friends with and in turn I would do pretty much anything she wanted me to do. I was like a little puppy dog. I've came here to change that and realize that I'm my own man and women are not this holy grail.
I consider myself about average looking and I have some self-esteem issues I need to get past during this journey. I'm hoping getting into pickup to change my feelings about myself and change my overall attitude from someone who sits back to someone who is actively engaged in his life. Let's do this.
