Hi everybody.

I first found out about this community after hearing about the TV show. I looked online for somewhere to watch it, and found my self here. After watching every episode I feel I have a basic knowledge of how this all works.

I'd like to use this post to tell you all a bit about my back story and my personal goals here. Well to start off I am 18 years of age and live in the UK. I have recently finished high school and gone in to full time employment. It is at that point I realised that I have wasted my last years of school playing trading card games with my friends instead of talking to girls I was the only guy in one of my classes, and spent the whole time sat in silence as far away from the other female students as possible.

I have rather low self esteem, but after learning a bit about IOIs I have realised that I have overlooked opportunities to get with girls in the past. My main goals are to become more confident around women and being able to identify when I have a good chance of picking up a girl. I'm not particularly looking to get laid, but it would be nice to know that I have the confidence to talk to women and have a good time at social occasions.
