Little Intro -
Name's Elliott, 19 year old student. Living in the UK studying at uni, that old chestnut.
Spoke to one person, they said I was too young to think about these things. I had to disagree. This is just the biggest discovery of the young developing timeline I like to call my life.
How I got into the game revolved around one night. On holiday, me and the others were sitting having a few drinks preparing for the night ahead. No one was paying attention to the rest of the room, but I was fascinated by one man. Biggest regret, not finding out a name. Tall man, dressed so subtly, but stood out among the bright colours and loud voices - to this day I can't understand the appeal of this man. This man must of been in his mid 30's, and my god, I have never seen someone control a room like this man. Every woman in there wanted to take this man home, friends were offering themselves simultaneously, while men just found things to bitch about. Even then this was blatant jealousy. Knew this because I was feeling it myself.
Consciously, I have only practiced pick-up for a little over six months, and studied it for a little over three months.
Due to only being in the and being a complete amateur to pickup, I have not yet the style and methods that suit me the best. Anything to set me on the right track to working a room, like my idol previously mentioned would be the goal here.
I heard somewhere that its called pickup because the community picks people up and makes them the best they can be. I hope to be among the others that do it.
From this i'm hoping that people could respond and just give me any tips on the game. I'm eager to learn absolutely everything there is do with this! Anything ranging from opening to closing and all the middle parts.
