Im 25 year old living in Seattle, USA. Im pretty laid back and have not had much success with women throughout my life due to anxiety, low self esteem ect. I imagine these are all standard reasons. I live in the city right now so there is a lot of opportunities on a day to day basis. At work, taking public transportation, coffee shops ect. My real goal is just to capitalize on the opportunities that get presented to me whether it is a cute looking girl on the bus or someone at work who seems like she likes me.

I suggest you start slow.

Start by just saying something simple like "hi" or "hello" to a girl that you are attracted to. You don't even have to say anything else if you don't want. Don't worry about getting her number or anything like that. Set yourself a goal of saying hi to one or two attractive women on a daily basis. This could be someone you see on the bus, train, grocery store, etc.

Very quickly you will see that nothing bad is going to happen to you by just saying hi to an attractive girl. When you get comfortable with this, then you can start saying more than hello to the women you like. However, you must actually put yourself out there so to speak and start taliking to women.
