Just a really quick introduction of myself, I’m in my early 20s, I’m live in the UK, I go out to bars and clubs on the weekend however I do not have the time through the week due to work.

So I’m just starting out on the PUA scene and I just want to make sure I have the basics understood, I’m just trying to put this in to its simplest form so I can break it down in to each individual area. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

First attract using pre selection, social proofing, higher value etc

Move on to building comfort and rapport by talking about common interests, hobbies and just generally making them feel comfortable around you.

Keep building attraction using the above but including flirting, Kino and also breaking rapport.

Isolate and go for the close.

What are your thoughts?

My thoughts, you are thinking too much. Trying to memorize these MM steps is going to paralyze you. I think the only real thing you should focus on is qualification. This you can do naturally because you want a women to have qualities you desire. You can use bait, hook, reel, release of you want, but I would recommend not use canned qualification material.

Make a list of all the qualities you want in a girl . . . like everything you can think of! The next girl you see, she might have 5 of those qualities and if thats good enough for you, go for it.
