Hey guys,

My name is Phrax. I'm 19 and I'm an aspiring PUA from Manchester, in England.

I got interested in the game about a year ago, when I finally got sick to death of not getting laid. I got some of David DeAngelo's material and got super excited. I read and watched non-stop and when I went out to try this newfound knowledge I got positive reactions. But I started getting nervous again after a girl shot me down (not even particularly harshly, and I even realized what I did wrong) and the fear of rejection came rushing back and I fell out of love with the game.

Anyway about 2 weeks ago I decided to re familiarize myself with the community, so I picked up 'The Game' by Neil Strauss and all that excitement came rushing back.

However last night I was at a house party and I noticed a drop dead gorgeous brunette; she was at least an 8, pushing on 9. I'm quite good looking (skinny and 6'2/3" so I tend to be a few inches taller than most people) and I could tell this girl was interested because she kept looking over, even when other guys were talking to her she'd be peering round them.

Anyway, I was giving it the whole 'Marlon Brando' cool body language with a cheeky smile, and I was making sure to not look at her because I didn't want to give her any attention (PUA101 right?). But there was just one problem...I could not...fucking...approach...her. It was all laid out there for me right there. I even had a cheat sheet in my pocket for fucks sake. I was just scared...scared of that awkwardness when a girl just turns her back or a conversation goes dead or the rugby playing boyfriend comes over with a face like thunder (that's happened before but that's a story for another time). The result of this freeze? I went home with my junk thoroughly unattended to.

So I'm getting this cracked and submerging myself in this awesome community. I can tell this is going to be fun.
