New to MPUA Forum

so after a couple of years out of the game, I started reading Mystery's book and I am glad to say that even after the first few chapters I had the ability to open, and start building comfort. there was a lot of stuff that i was doing, just not in the right order. But now I have came up with a couple of routines that make them have to qualify themselves to me. And thanks for all of the FRs that you guys do. hopefully after this weekend I'll be able to post some myself.
