Hi guys..

Im new to the game, but having read Laygude and The Game, just realised what a total AFC I am ...

Just split up with the g/f after a year.. shes 22, Im 37.. wouldnt mind one last bang before we call it a day and both move on.. i got some catching up to do!

Havent bothered to call her since it was over end of november. she texted xmas, i replied with a perfunctory "all the best for 2007".. i.e. i aint chasing you.. how do i turn this into a casual fook whenever ...

Advice please

ps .. got major approach anxiety... need some help with opener :o
