Good morning, day, evening or night. Or whichever time you think applies to you. (I know some people will be thinking "But it's twighlight right now!") \\\\\

I'm from the South West of the United Kingdom and I'm 18 years of age. Now most people my age are currently finding their identity and settling into it. I on the other hand, am currently in the change.

So I imagine within an introduction we include a little bit about our personality? Well like I said, I'm in the process of defining it. But maybe a little background about me will show why I'm here. During school (secondary/Primary) I've always been fascinated with 'how the world works' always did very well in science and maths but exceptionally poorly when it came to socializing.

So I leave school and enter the slightly more adult world of college. And with more 'adult pass times' came drugs. And within the two years, It started with smoking and digressed into the all the party drugs, I never had an urge to do the 'hard drugs' so I stuck to doing X everyday (So pointless looking back on it)

After taking lots of LSD and having a bad trip, I felt like someone had gone into my mind and smashed it to pieces. Leaving me little to rebuild with... I was stuck within my own head for months. But whilst I was constantly analyzing myself and how everyone interacted with me I began to realize I was being used by all my so called 'friends' (I have to admit, i did sell) and have now given everything up.

I've always been very into reading and began reading "Neil Strauss - The Game" which after the first read made me realize that it was possible to change myself through thought alone. After reading it the first time, I started reading lots on psychology and the interaction between human beings. And after a few months, a few re-reads and a few other books here I am.

Although I expect you get many people here to get lucky more often, I don't generally have this problem. Although I am a huge attention seeker, I can't stand just being another face in the crowd anymore.

So yes, a very thorough introduction to who I am, why I'm here and what I want to achieve. I'm looking for people of a similar mind-set to communicate idea's with so please give me a shout.
