Hi, new to the forums.

So tonight I went out (for a change, work, work, work for me) and decided to put into action what I've learned about The Game through YouTube and Mystery's kick ass videos.

I opened a set, my first ever "set", and ended up opening around 10 that night (unlike my normal nights out - I just felt like what I'd learned had given me a good solid base to start from, and I'd learned enough to not make an ass of myself - I was in in a good mood, and felt like I had a shield of self-love, or something, lol.).

So anyway, I opened a few sets, even if there were no women, just a group of guys, I went up and asked if they were from around here, I said I'd just moved to the area, blah, blah, just to listed to them and watch their reactions.

I did this a few times, talking to randoms, bar staff etc just to loosen up.
I really enjoyed it, it gave me much more confidence.

So anyway, I bumped into this girl, who I'd met before, and who had before given me minor IOI's (back when I didn't know what an IOI was), but tonight, whilst playing the The Game, I got a ton of IOIs let me tell you.

So seriously guys, I live in a small town, with no peacock skilled wingmen around me, but I truly had a proper fun night.

One 2 set was pretty hostile, the ugly one of the two was dead nice, smiling and asking me questions real sincerely. The "protector" friend, who was the hotter of the two had a bitch shield to die for, like she would cost her friend a good guy to date (ie: me). But all this ended up being fun (to me and the nice one of the two), and I ended up talking to them saying truly awful gambits just to wind them up, lol, the one who was giving me IOI's still continued to do so though, lol.

So did I get any phone numbers, no.

But did I try to get any and did I even plan to go out, no I did not.

The responses I got were both positive and most encouragingly, encouraging.

The biggest obstacle, is myself.

This small bit of success has given me the confidence to approach a HB and just enjoy the interaction, the goal at this point (ie: sex) is irrelevant. It's just more of a laugh, which maybe a good thing for me as the hotter they are, the more of a non-starter (in my eyes) it is.

I think I may come across as too cocky though aswell. I find it easy to neg the target, and think I may go overboard too much.

I had a fun night, and solely because I played The Game.

I think I've found myself again, and I think I like it.
