I am new to the forum but I have been doing a lot of sarging over the past six months.  I am an electrical engineering major at bla bla bla.  the reason that I joined today was because I came across a situation that I don't know how to handle.  
I went to a bar last night; a couple of my buddies and i were the only ones there.  There were a few bars but the one off in the corner had a HB10 bartender and she was buy herself looking at her cell phone.  I said something dumb like
ME: "stop staring at your phone, he's not gonna call"
Bartender: who said i was waiting for a guy
ME:  i donno u just looked anxious
Bartender:  haha, no the bouncers are giving my girlfriend a hard time and wont let her in.  she was gonna keep me company.
ME: yikes!  i guess i will keep you company for a little bit but only if you promise you wont get mad at me when I leave to go hang out with my friends.
Bartender: Ohh I will do my best

bla bla bla ( regular chitchat)
ME:  Ok well my friends want me to hang take a couple of shots with them, I'll talk to you later.

When I closed my tab she gave me a napkin with her name and number on it.  then she said that i am gonna have to call, leave a message then call back later because her stalker xhusband calls her and shit all the time.

So I got the number close but what do i call her and say... do i take her out?  I dont wanna be afc cuz she is a freaking HB10 and i would love to do more. Also, do you think she has too much baggage being divored with a stalker xhusband and she's only 22?  any suggestions?

sounds like you haven't negged at all. but also seems that shes warmed to you with the number close anyway....
take your chances regardless....personally...If your really in to her I would set up a dinner date..yes which is AFC..
build the attraction...if possible venue change
then set up a day 2 at your place..
pretty simple pick out a movie that you've perhaps seen before...
cook dinner with her to develop more rapport.
make out with her during the movie and bust through any LMR...
brief if there is attraction and your congruent shouldn't be much of a prob..
tried.. tested.. successful...
