Hi everyone, greetings from Australia I started watching the tv show: The Pick Up artist on VH1 and was interested in the PUA community.

I am 18 years old and its fair to say i'm actually a reasonably good looking fella ( 6'1 165 lbs) but I don't like to rock my own boat which is probably one of my problems as girls are attracted to confident men (as I'm told).

I am not what you would call a very outgoing person, but I know how to maintain a conversation with a girl. I am just too intimidated when it comes to approaching and talking to beautiful women. And on the very rare occasion I do talk to a beautiful girl, I can't seem to make the impression I want, and i come off as the nice guy I get looks from women but I can't make the switch to approach and be a charming guy.

I look forward to reading and contributing to this forum.

Where in Aus are you from? There are a few of us dinky-dies here... although I'll admit I sound Canadian and I'm living in Europe (Venice) this year..

It's interesting that the VH1 show with Mystery brought you here.. most people come here after reading The Game by Neil Strauss (Style), who is one of Mystery's pupils. Check it out - it's a REALLY well written tale, if nothing else.

I have read 'The Game' by Neil Strauss but didn't believe a word of it until I saw Mystery on the show. Now that was a page-turner.

As for that Aussie lair, would you be so kind to point me there anyway ? I need ALL the help i can get.

I should have mentioned, I am actually in my final year of high-school going hard for my VCE. I know I should focus my energy on my studies, but this is a problem I have to sort out now.
