I'm... a Way Below Average AFC...
Which is to say I'm almost 100% Introverted...
I need to work on my confidence and social abillities , I talk very quietly...
I am Hoping this society will help me out.
and I'm Turning 18, still in HS and need some help, as I have been... a coward for the past few years in approaching woman. Due to a set back , a while back...
Any Advice for someone like me?

david deangelo is real good with inner game, as i have changed alot just by watching his videos and of course read her ebook
first step: Inner game IMO
