hey guys

im in Edinburgh and looking for wings asap - for midweek and weekend game. Since im new to the area im up for going out pretty much every night :) I live in canonmills area so not too far from town, plus have a car

above student age is preferred - im 28 so anywhere around 20-30-ish is ok. Any level of wing/experience is fine with me. Im a chilled out type, don't take myself too seriously and like having a blast

Been gaming a few years and much prefer natural game, general chit chat and see where it goes from there. Also prefer club game, not really a fan of bars though ok for warm ups

just a quick update on this - have met one new wing so far and another one is keen to meet

both of us are aged 28 but anywhere in 20s-30s is fine

the places we've been are:

espionage - a good mixed crowd in here
silk - dirty and full of easy chicks on a Thursday night
whynot - bit young and clueless but ok now and again
lulu - hot classy chicks and lots of gaming opportunities
hive - bit young for us but good vibe in here

next time will probably be hitting opal lounge so PM me or text if you're about

His info. on Why Not, Hive and Lulu is pretty solid!

Another club I can recommend is Base at cowgate (I usually prefer Why Not or Base on a Fri and Sat Night). For Why Not/lulu (any club on George St. really) always get on the guest list first to avoid queues esp. on Fri or Sat nights (add/like the clubs on Facebook and usually they post their mobile numbers on the wall the days before - just send a text to get on the list; always give your name + 3 and when you arrive say the other two will be coming along soon (if you're going alone)). Some times there's also discounted entries when you're on the list. Besides if you get chatting to girls outside clubs you could get them in as your guests.

For Base there's usually a club rep outside handing out discounted entries. I have to say I didn't think much of espionage...

Away from George Street - Liquid Rooms and Cab Volt are not bad (again mainly dance clubs) for gaming hipster chicks - if that's your thing...

For Day Game I've heard around the Meadows is pretty good - nice students...as well as around the Old town.

Most guys have zero game in Edinburgh lol...it's so funny. I have to admit Opal Lounge (on George Street) is just hype....pretty lame :/

yeh I agree espionage can be a bit hit or miss - depends on the night really and there's lots of little corridors where you can chat up chicks. The good thing is its free

Ive heard of base and seen some photos but have been told its small - will certainly check it out

opal lounge has some decent chicks, though I agree its a bit lame and the dancefloor is sweaty and crowded

the best chicks ive seen in Edinburgh is probably in lulus or opal lounge with whynot in third - lulus/opal lounge probably more so as its a similar age range and whynot does seem a bit young for me

Silk is awesome too and an absolute jackpot for easy chicks. Will be heading there this Thursday for sure

Yeah, that's probably the only good thing about espionage -it's free....tbh the nights I've been there it was just too busy (could hardly move through the crowds)! Maybe just my luck.

Never been to Silk as I'd heard once a long time ago that the place was rank, I guess it's an improved place now? Might check it out - what's the best day (for quality over quantity of girls)?

I've also heard good things about Lava & Ignite (CAV on Sunday) - apparently full of tarts.

But yeah George Street (Lulu and Why not) and Base are by far my fav so far...might give Opal another chance...

Ps anybody been to the City club? Near Waverly station? Nobody ever talks about it...must be a younger crowd? Layout of the place looks good though

Silk is good and has 3 floors..can be a bit of a young crowd so if that's your thing then definitely the place to go for easy pulls, especially Thursday night

Cav is a shithole and stinks of alcohol and sticky floors, though it is popular..mixed crowd in there

Not been to City so cant comment, though ive heard its the place where neds go

Appreciate the info. and you were right about the City lol! pity as it's a pretty good club but full of neds and chavs :/ (but to be fair I did go there on a student night).

Hey buddy, next time you guys head to Silk, mind if I came along? Never been there. If it's a new club I prefer going with a wing or two the first few times....

quick update on this - regularly heading out with 2 guys now, with another 2 keen to meet up next week.

So, looks like we have a good little circle going here.

Usual haunts we've gone to recently:

Espionage
Opal Lounge
Cavendish
Lulus
Finnigans Wake

Quite a lot of places to head out so variety is certainly there

Hey guys,

Great to know that there are already a good amount of likeminded people in Edinburgh,

I'll be heading out to City tonight (Hard Rock Sofa is playing, only reason why I'm going there), if anyone wants to join in, or are already going, hit me up

I'm 22, so generally hang out with my age group, would love to sarge with some more experienced players sometime.

Tonight we are doing some bars in George street, followed by opal lounge or lulus

Hi, looking for anyone interested in going out to practice regularly, mainly student nights. i am 19 so would be looking for a wing(s) around my age, if anyone is interested hit me up with a pm. I know Edinburgh's nightlife well having worked for many venues and being a student myself.

lol...do you look student age though? Students look like kids!! Ive been to hive a few times..did look slightly out of place being older but thats a bonus as younger chicks are definitely easy

student places I go to are:

hive (once in a blue moon)
whynot club - definitely a bit young and tacky/classless in here
silk (thursday nights, plenty of easy chicks there so my favourite for young easy chicks)
cav (fridays, and plenty of easy chicks about)
