The Finnish are generally a lot more shy than S-Europeans for example, so could be slightly harder to chat some1 up randomly on the street.Also the drinking sometimes prevents intelligent conversation. Helsinki is more international tho, and as a PUA you would have the advantage 'cause other ppl lame at their tables. |
