Ok, i have a horible blushing problem, when a hot girl so much as looks at me i go red. And not just red, i start to sweat, then tunnel vision. Some time i can block it out, but if im cought off gard bam. So i would like to know is there any thing i could do to stop this. |

Get blantant eye contact with lots of people, not just women. When I used to lock eyes with a chick I had the most intense turning of my insides: I had to break EC. I've forced myself to lock eyes past the point inwhich its awkward, granted this is not w/ chix you're gaming. They don't have to be attractive, go to the second closest mall to where you live. See someone from a distance and keep looking at their eyes whether or not they even see you yet. You may think you look like a tool: you probably do. But this isn't about not looking like a tool, this is about actually being able to do soemthing as simple as look someone in the eyes when the time comes. Summary: Go ouot in public where you won't be known... stare and be a tool. You get used to EC. Lemme just clarify this had nothing to do with how you should have EC when you're gaming. Clearly seperate the two right now. |

The key to this is to not be caught off guard. When people walk around, they typically have 2 settings; relaxed and just walking around casually where you kinda feel like you are living outside your head and just looking around at everyting around you and REACTING to things and on-guard, where you are "inside" your head, where you are more aware of everything going on around you, you can hear a pin drop you are so focused and even if a guy jumps out and sticks a gun in your face you can process that without freaking out too much. So, you just need to constantly be in your head and not reacting to things, but acting on things. You don't wait for the girl to look at you, you look at her, you don't wait to see how a person is going to respond, you lead them so that they respond the way you want and you are always in control, always have the power. That way nothing catches you off guard and you feel so confident that it doesn't matter who looks at you. The trick is learning how to be constanly on guard and look as if you are relaxed, because if you look like you are on edge, then you are unnattractive. You can also just approach as many sets as possible all the time, or don't shower, wear a dress and a goaly mask with a dildo strapped to it for a month and you will get over it. |
