| Post subject: | "Your kinda white..." get this one often? |
I'm african american, and although I grew up in the slums (Compton, Lower Houston) I'm not that into the current hip hop gangster style. I'm more of a blipster (black indie) if anything. Anyway whenever I'm trying to pick up a girl I often recieve the comment "you know your kinda "white"..." or whenever I talk on the phone "you sound like a "white" guy." I consider this a shit test, or at least a neg on the girls part. Anybody got any ideas of things I could say? (please bear in mind I'm not racist, I juss don't know how to rebutle this remark) |

i think what can help you more is going to places where your find more "indie" type people since thats your tribe i think you will do good in any place that has to do with the arts, cultural events, and bands as far as answer that question thats a difficult one i would say i that i dont need to prove my "blackness" by representing a steroetype lol |

Do an impression of a 1800's stereotypical black man. Then jokingly say "is that black enough for you?"

I think this sounds too much like you are trying to insinuate that you have a bick dick and unless you have that type of rapport going on, then that could blow you right out of the water. If you are in the right frame though, it could make her say, "Really? Show me in the bathroom." So, careful when you say something like that.

With a smile on your face. "Well, I do enjoy my cappuccino, how about you?" This should get her off whatever track she is on and get a nice smile because you took it as a humorous question and you are smiling. |
