hey guys, need help i gamed a hb8.7 that i met in college, we hanged out for a few days. since day 1 i playfully negged her non-stop (about 20 times since we met), to the point she called me an asshole kiddingly in response to my negs. now we havent hanged out in a week, and shes been really pissy and shady lately, im not sure wether its because i negged her way too much or she really just want her boyfriend. how would i recover from this??? do i say im sorry (i think as a pua student i cant do that) need help to show her that i like her (i know kino but is there like a routine?)

Whoa, 20 negs over a few days? I am no PUA, but I know that after a certain stage, (I think attraction?), you don't need anymore negs. I heard 1-2 maybe 3 tops is all you need.

Whoa dude....been there before, you get to focused on negging and keep it going waaaaay too long. Definitely tone it down when you've got attraction, start to vibe after that. Remember, it's a spice that you throw in here and there, too much and you seem bitter, not enough and you seem bland.

I say cut your losses, lesson learned, maybe a small quick apology/compliment so you don't come off as a complete douche.

Geez, I don't know how you can get out of that one. I wouldn't consider myself a PUA, but before I knew what a neg was. About three years ago, I open a set with a HB7-8. We talk, laugh, a little kino. I negged her a little, and then ( because I really was "flying blind" so to speak ). I kept negging her. What was funny and cute became, well kind of mean. Needless to say it didn't end up the way I wanted it too. Fortunatley I knew when it was time to roll off. So now I just looked like an asshole.....who didn't end up sleeping with her.

Lesson learned. You learned yours. Keep it to a minimum, a lot of people ( no matter how hot they are ) are frighteningly insecure. :?

I think you blew it and should move on. Neg a girl let her show IOI's before 10 more negs dont be ridiculous ;)

Mr. Negative you need to realize when negs are playful flirtatious fun and when your just being an asshole. Negs are away to snub a girl so she sees your not a total chump, but if you just kill her self esteem she will feel being around you makes her feel bad. You only need at most 3 negs in the first five min of meeting a girl to secure her interest.

I think you might still have a chance. If you keep talking to her nicely without any negs until she starts laughing again than your back in business. Compliment her alot and say some jokes. The key here is to get the girl to forget all the negativity you told her. Buy some cholocate and share it with her. Find a place to sit with her so you can take things more slowly. Remmember to smile alot.

Yeah, I've been in that spot before (although it's usually too much negging in one set). For me, it's my personality. I'm a funny guy, and when I start negging a girl she usually responds by laughing, which leads to me thinking I should neg her more. More often than not, in these situations, I come off as too comedic, sort of a circus act type, and the moment I shift into any real conversation she's disappears faster than the roadrunner.

So yeah, be careful about negging too much. You aren't an act, you're supposed to be an interesting guy...
