| Post subject: | What to say if a girl asks do you like me? |
I need help for a friend ... a girl from work asked him in a text if he likes her... they worked togther once before and he just got her number at work more like friends exchanging numbers kind of thing.... but what she he say back to that text I was thinking for him to say " I feel a connection between us but need to get to know you better" .. what you guys think? |

I think it depends how far you are with her. for example in the attraction phase, I'd be C/F. "eh, you're all right" while smiling but I might be more serious if I'm in the comfort zone. for that I think your response would work fine. |

Depends on whether you have her hooked or not yet. If she's already hooked and she's looking for an honest answer, then, "Yeah, I think you're pretty cool and we should probably grab some dinner or maybe if you're good, I'll cook you some dinner and we can watch a movie at my place." If she's not hooked, then something more like, "Oh....you've got your moments....I guess" I would do it in person and make sure to chuckle at the end and smile at her and then just walk away. Wink if he can pull off a wink without looking slimy. |

Never directly answer that question unless you are getting married....lol (will you take her as your wife....why YES i do) Until that time, be cocky funny with it. HBText: Do you like me? PUA: Depends on how much money you got.  It's imperative you make sure the person knows you're being funny. Text doesn't convey words good so make sure to use emoticons. aka....smiley/wink/frown faces. |

I have learned by trial and error, never to use text messages when you talk to a girl. It's impersonal, plus you cannot look into each others eyes to see if she is smiling because it was actually funny, or if she's smiling, thinking to herself, "wow, this guy is a dork." I've been on both sides of this situation. I have been the one texting a girl, only to find out from one of her ex friends that she was showing everyone else the messages I was sending so they could all get a laugh out of how far she could string me along. And, I've also been on the receiving end of text messages where the girl (friend) of mine has shown me texts from an AFC, and we all got a laugh out of it to see how far she could string him along. So damn far that he bought her a diamond ring from Zales for her birthday, then she dumped him, and he said that she could keep the ring cause he ... dare I say it in this forum ... he said he loved her. HAHAHAHAHA ... AFC ... What A Chump !!! I stopped texting only after I learned the game from both sides ... The Guys Game & The Girls Game. It really does help having girl (friends) who will help you out with learning about women. There is no better of a teacher than the targets. |

Good one scorpio. I also like making her sell herself a little after she writes something like that. I would say something like: so tell me more about you. What are your three best character traits. Then tell her what's important to you and that she barely qualifies

If u wanna avoid that question white rosa's answer is the best because i have to be funny so you both can act like that question was never asked... also i think i shouldnt pick up or have a serious relation with a co-worker cause you will see her often after you brake up ...

I would text her: "meet me [somewhere] tonight" and then deflect the question, give a leading non-answer answer (with plausible deniability), hug her, kiss perhaps, and then F-close. That's just me though |
