I'm on a co-ed sport team. We go to a pub/eatery after one of our games. The bill comes and everybody is putting in cash, except for the target, she is paying by credit card, so we give all of our money to her. I come back to the table from the bathroom, she puts me on the spot in front of the group, "how much did you put in?", "what'd you have?", "what did you drink?" ... I said $20 but that I could put in more, it didn't matter either way. It was sort of obvious that she was putting me on the spot, she tried to defend herself by saying "I just wanted to make sure, in case I needed to give money back". In response, I said "It didn't sound like it!". The girl next to me indicates agreement and repeats what the target did, "how many did you drink?", "what was in that glass?" pointing at my drink glass, I guess making fun of the situation. So would this be a neg or de-valuing of her? I sort of felt bad blurting out what I did but damn she was putting me on the spot in front of everyone. |

She was trying bullshit on you and you called her on it. Well done. Great DHV. Also, her friends joined in on your side, it sounds like she may be the type of bitch who pulls this all the time. They were just waiting for someone to pull her off her pedestal. |

One of our teammates is having a party tonight. I hope she shows up. Any practice that I can do on this girl? I don't know if she'll even remember the situation. But I think she had to be embarrassed somewhat so it should have stayed in her mind. I just want to see if I can make something (be CF, tease, etc.) ouf of the situation. I was thinking of kino'ing a 1 dollar bill into her hand. Well, really any excuse for me to kino and tease her. Not sure how it would go. But, what's the funny one liner that I could use here? It's not like it's a $5 dollar bill (hell no am I giving her $5 dollar at this point) ... but to be honest, in hindsight I should have added that as extra to the bill for my part. I think that was the reason why she was interrogating me in the first place, cause indeed I may have ate and drank more than what I paid. But it's not like she had to front too much money. Had she asked nicely I would have put in more. I was even thinking of making an excuse like I'll take her out on a date--or whatever (activity, etc.) that will get me one on one time--to make up for what I didn't put in for the bill. But it may not be the right timing yet. |
