Anyhow, I use to have the same thing happen to me. It's some sort of performance anxiety. Basically you are overthinking. Or at least that's what I used to do. You are thinking "Oh man this is going to happen, I hope I don't cum too soon, I hope she likes it, wait what if she finds out I'm not good, what if... ". This all distracts you from all the felling and arousal that got you going in the first place.

It helped me to think for myself a bit here. Be a bit selfish and try to get a good feeling for yourself. Don't worry about her so much fuck to have fun. Incidently she will have a great time too! Well a lot more then if it doesn't happen. Once you get to enjoy it and go over that hurddle, then you can concentrate more on her as well while still enjoying everybit for yourself.

I have been able to isolate and escalate in the bedroom, but as soon as actual sex is about to happen, my mind gets clouded with thought and i end up not making it happen. Any advice on this would be appreciated, im going to just try to plow through it but ive made it somewhat of a habit.

Find a girl to marry you. Then ask her to marry you. I don't think you will have confidence issues having sex with her after she tells you that she wants to live with you for the rest of her life. Sure! It takes years, but it is better than learning to be a PUA. PUA is like driving a bulldozer through a residentical neigborhood. It may get you from one street to the next, but you are ruining all the steets and houses along the way.

i have the same issue, I will "preheat the oven" for a good hour before i "stick it in"...but when the time comes I really don't want to. I try to picture five minutes into it and then usually that helps me do it....confusing?

iv got to a stage in my mind where i have devalued the worth of sex - so basically, its not a big deal. i dont care whether i get it or not , and if i do - i dont particularly care how i perform.. because of this mind frame, i actually perform a lot better than when i thought about sex from the minute i met a girl till when it happened.. its always going to be a disappointment if its the only thing that matters if you want to try and last while actually having sex, do maths calculations in your head. lol
