Two years ago things were different. I had tons of friends, a few girlfriends, and a lot of people look up to me. I was even helping one of my friend step his game up. But some where along the line I just crashed. I stopped hanging out with my friends started to skip school a lot. Two years later when I decide that I wanna be social I see that I changed. Now I'm very shy and kinda boring... actual I'm really boring even around my friends. My personally really went to hell. Now I don't how to get it back or how to build it up again. Can anyone help? |

I think one of the main reasons you begin to get boring if you lose you social life is because you don't have stories, or insights about/from your friends on new subjects, and you don't have as much to talk about. So I would try just going out and making a huge packed week of doing stuff with people, then you will seem more interesting, because you have stories about friends. |

It's all inner game man, you do need to get into the habit of talking to people again. Before you go out have a long chat with someone, it sets your mind in the right mode. |
