Last time I went clubbing I showed up with a pivot and soon had several other HB's around me, either girls I had met earlier in the week and were out again or fresh approaches. It was an awesome feeling, though I have also began to be called a player for the first time by some of the girls I've wanted to close.

I believe it was a mistake to make out with a FWB of mine who was out clubbing with me. Of course most of the girls noticed and I could not get out of it. One of them even challenged me on what the longest relationship I'd been in was; of course she didn't believe that was >5 years but even after I convinced her she was very wary (though I could tell she wanted me).

How do you guys deal with being called a player?

I usually tell girls that I am a player. Why shouldn't I, just by being a player it doesn't mean that something good can't happen?

That's the attitude I would say is healthy, if people think you are a player or not doesn't make it harder, it just makes it different.

I don't like the term player due to its negative connotation.

so if i get called out for being a player, i make the distinction that players tend to lie to get laid, and I don't have to lie.

but yeah, i'm sure you noticed in high school that the guys that were 'player' by reputation continued to get girls. Girls don't care about that reputation.
